This page is operated by Laura Salemme, a real estate agent with eXp Realty ("we", "us"), to let Tampa Bay renters see recently sold homes and request more information. This policy describes what this website collects and who receives it.

This site records sessions. Two analytics services capture how visitors use these pages — including mouse movement, taps, scrolling and screen contents — so we can see where the page is confusing. Details in "How we use analytics" below.

Information you give us

When you submit the form on this site, we collect:

Your first and last name, email address and phone number
Your ZIP code, and your current monthly rent if you choose to provide it
The record of your consent: the exact consent text shown, the date and time you submitted it, your IP address and your browser's user agent string

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, browser and device type
Which screens and which homes you viewed, and which buttons you used
How long the page was actually visible to you, and how far you scrolled
Advertising identifiers from the link you arrived on, such as Facebook's fbclid and utm_* campaign tags, plus the referring page

How we use it

To contact you about homes and financing options matching your request
To keep a record that you consented to be contacted
To measure which ads and page designs work, and to improve the page

Who receives your information

Recipient	What they receive
Lofty (Lofty Inc.) — the CRM where your inquiry is sent	Your name, email, phone, ZIP, area of interest, current rent if given, and your consent record. Their handling is governed by Lofty's privacy policy.
eXp Realty — the brokerage	Your inquiry, as part of normal real estate brokerage activity.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement	That a form was submitted, plus a cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email, phone, name and ZIP, your IP address and browser user agent. Hashing lets Meta match the conversion to an ad click without us sending your details in readable form. Sent both from your browser and from our server.
Microsoft Clarity and PostHog — analytics and session replay	Your on-page behavior and recorded sessions. We do not send your name, email or phone number to PostHog.
Cloudflare — hosting	Your submission is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, which also serves this site.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog. Clarity and PostHog record session replays — a reconstruction of your visit showing taps, scrolling and what was on screen. These recordings are used to diagnose usability problems.

You can limit this tracking through your browser's settings, by using a content blocker, or through Meta's ad preferences.

Calls and texts

If you checked the consent box, you agreed to be contacted by phone, text and email — including by automated means — at the number you gave, and that consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at the address below.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email laura [at] homebuyeredge [dot] net and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your information will end any follow-up about homes.

Other notes

Homes shown on this site have already sold. Payment figures are estimates for illustration only.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
